Additional coverage may be available at a cost of $2.80 CAD ($2.00 USD) per increment of $100 CAD (about $72 USD). Please let us know by email that you would like to add insurance and we will add if available on your shipping option before charges are processed.
We do NOT offer Free Shipping. Pick-Up in store is defined as a shipping option and is of course at no charge. As this is the lowest cost option it is also the default by the website. Hence you may see Free Shipping during check-out till you have chosen your shipping option. Shipping by Canada Post will be at a charge.
We pack well to protect your items during transit. Should you want extra padding just let us know. Keep in mind, that will increase the parcel volume and with that also your cost.
