Adapter board, 18-pin Next-18 socket to NEM652 8-pin, Flex, 88mm, with heat shrink tube
Adapter board, 18-pin Next-18 socket to Plux16
Adapter board, 18-pin Next-18 socket to PluX12, Flex, 88mm
This adapter board can be docked to all decoders with Next18 connector and offers a PluX12 interface on the locomotive side. The Flex PCB can be folded and extended to length almost as desired. The adapter board comes with shrink tubing and speaker connection cables.
This small adapter board is a practical helper for equipping some models (e.g. from Liliput) with a LokSound decoder: A 21MTC interface was installed there, but the required length for a LokSound 5 decoder was not taken into account. With the help of this adapter board, a LokSound 5 micro can be used horizontally in the available installation space. If the width is 21mm, these locomotives can now also be easily converted to LokSound.
Example Dimensions with LokSound 5 micro 58818 plugged in: total width 21.5mm x 19mm length.
The Next18 adapter board is suitable if you want to digitize a very small locomotive without a digital interface, but do not want to hard-wire the decoder. The board is extremely small with dimensions of only 13.0 mm x 9.0 mm. The mounting tabs can also be broken away for tighter fit applications. Functions AUX3 and AUX4, logic outputs, are both amplified (each about 180mA). In total, up to 6 outputs can be used.
Soldered connection cables with a length of approx. 20 cm.
Dimensions: Length 13.0 mm x 9.0 mm (With mounting tongue: 18.0 mm x 9.0 mm).
What the LokProgrammer can do:
If necessary, you can add the Decoder Tester Extension to your Profi Decoder Tester V2.0: Plugged into the side of the Decoder Tester V2.0 it enables you to comfortably test all large scale decoders.
The new ESU PowerPack Mini can be wired to all fourth and fifth generation ESU decoders. It reliably supplies energy to your locomotive when traversing dirty track or long turnout ladders.
With its energy storage (1 Farad capacity) the unit supplies power to all light and motor functions as well as to the sound module. Subject to the energy consumption of your model it may continue to move for up to three seconds.
The ESU PowerPack Midi can be wired to all fifth generation ESU decoders (LokSound 5, LokPilot 5, LokPilot 5 Basic). It reliably supplies energy to your locomotive when traversing dirty track or long turnout ladders.
The ESU PowerPack MiniXS can be wired to all fifth generation ESU decoders (LokSound 5, LokPilot 5, LokPilot 5 Basic). It reliably supplies energy to your locomotive when traversing dirty track or long turnout ladders.

The LokPilot 5 L finds its place wherever the LokPilot 5 no longer “fits” in terms of performance. Ideally, these are vehicles of nominal size 0, but also gauge 1 vehicles that are to be equipped without noise are conceivable application scenarios. The LokPilot 5 L is mechanically compatible with the LokSound 5 L decoder and has the same connection pins.
The LokPilot 5 L decoder is always equipped with pin headers and is delivered ex works with an adapter board that has solder termination points.

"MKL" for Märklin by ESU. Many newer Märklin locomotives and some British locomotives with a 21-pin interface, may not adhere to the standard design of the 21MTC interface. These locomotives require amplified signals at the AUX3 and AUX4 outputs which you will get with "MKL" decoders.
The LokPilot 5 decoder can also be used in analog DC and AC mode.
The LokPilot 5 DCC is a "pure-bred" DCC decoder. with 14 to 128 speed steps and 2- and 4-digit addresses. Up to 32 functions can be triggered. Thanks to RailComPlus® the decoders register automatically with a suitable DCC system like the ESU CabControl.
LokPilot 5 decoders are offered with all common interfaces
The LokPilot 5 DCC decoder can also be used on analog DC trains. The top speed can be set separately. The decoder switches between the operating modes (DCC / DC) fully automatically "on-the-fly".

The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct is the “twin” of the LokSound 5 Nano DCC. With its dimensions of 66.0mm x 8.2mm it has been specially developed for installation in Spur N vehicles of the Atlas and Intermountain brands: it can be inserted directly instead of the analog board installed there as standard. However, the decoder can also be used for similar models from other manufacturers at your own discretion.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Kato USA has been specially developed for installation in N scale locomotives of the Kato USA brand. This decoder can be easily installed in most American diesel locomotives of this manufacturer instead of the analog board installed as standard.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Kato USA with its dimensions of 60.0mm x 10.1mm is a pure DCC decoder.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Atlas Legacy has been specially developed for installation in N gauge locomotives of the Atlas and InterMountain brands: it can be inserted directly instead of the analog board installed there as standard. However, the decoder can also be used for similar models from other manufacturers at your own discretion.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Atlas Legacy is also a “direct style" decoder developed for early (before 2016) Atlas, InterMountain (and others). The decoder was made for locos produced before sound was added during production.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Atlas Legacy is the twin to the LokSound 5 micro DCC Direct Atlas Legacy and shares the same dimensions of 66.0mm x 8.2mm.

he LokPilot 5 Nano DCC is the “twin” of the LokSound 5 Nano DCC. At 19.6 mm x 8.5 mm and a thickness of only 3.2 mm, it is exactly the same size as the corresponding LokSound decoder, but does without the sound functions. The LokPilot 5 Nano DCC is equipped with the E24 interface, which will fit into many newly released N gauge locomotives.
The LokPilot 5 micro DCC Direct Kato USA Widebody is the “twin” of the LokSound 5 micro DCC Direct Kato USA Widebody.
With its dimensions of 47.5mm x 14.0mm x 4.5mm it has been specially developed for installation in wide body N gauge locomotives of the Kato USA brand: Most diesel locomotives of this manufacturer come with only a common DC lighting board. Finally, these models can also be easily retrofitted with a LokPilot 5 Decoder.
The LokSound V4.0 M4 is the world´s first Quad-protocol decoder! Aside from DCC, Motorola® and Selectrix®, all incorporated into the LokSound V4.0, the LokSound V4.0 M4 also speaks the M4 protocol! Thus the decoder is a 100% compatible to all mfx®-capable command stations on the market. It will be automatically recognised and can be fully programmed.. That´s why the decoder is “first choice” for all Märklin fans who do not want to miss out on mfx®.
Fox Valley Models | N-scale (1:160) | wheels and trucks
Semi-Scale Wheelsets, .540” axle: ATH, BLMA, FVM, MT, SXT, TWX
28" Wheel - Quantity of 12
Semi-scale wheelsets have a narrow tread profile with fine side contour for a more realistic appearance, especially when used with super-detailed freight and passenger cars. Semi-scale wheelsets work best on most handlaid track and finer brands of Code 55 track sections. Narrow tread wheelsets can drop into wide gauge rails and frogs so be sure to test on your railroad before purchasing large quantities.
