We do NOT offer Free Shipping. Pick-Up in store is defined as a shipping option and is of course at no charge. As this is the lowest cost option it is also the default by the website. We pack well to protect your items during transit. Should you want extra padding just let us know. Keep in mind, that will increase the parcel volume and with that also your cost.
