Description

The Gateman's Tower is based on Milwaukee Road's eight-sided towers, which provided a better view of oncoming trains and traffic for the operator, and housed pneumatic controls to raise and lower gates. In use into the 1970s, similar towers could be found on other railroads as well. The kit includes parts for two complete towers, with tool sheds and storage bins, with parts molded in gray and clear plastic.
