ScaleTrains Rivet Counter (HO) Thrall-Trinity 42’ Coil Steel Car, Union Pacific (Run 2)
Introduced in the mid-1990s, Thrall’s updated 42’ coil car design featured a single hood and longitudinal loading trough with load dividers. Designed to handle wrapped “cold rolled” steel coils, these cars are equipped with insulated hoods to help protect the delicate finished steel from the elements.
The ScaleTrains Rivet Counter series model features three (3) different body types and six (6) removable hood versions. Each car is comprised of more than 130 factory-applied parts. Coil steel loads are included.
