The delivery office offers an interesting design with an real-life inspired footprint. The small office can be reached by climbing a staircase. In the warehouse, barrels are filled and oil barrels are stored. Containers are included with the partially aged kit.

60023 Burgstadt Station, Building Kit (N-Scale)

The station can be used in any era through the brickwork imitation and the 3-story central building with the two separate annexes. Even today many stations of this kind are in operation. The smaller buildings house a freight shed with gates for the arrival of forwarders.  In the middle building is the station hall, the upper floors can be used as entrenchments. The partially aged railway station feels quite comfortable in a medium to small city.

60029 A Unger Furniture Factory, Building Kit (N-Scale)

The brick-built factory is equipped with many typical factory accessories. At the front of the building is a boiler, which can be reached by the workers through a filigreed scaffolding. On the backside there are 4 tanks for the storage of the lacquer supply and the old lacquers, which are connected directly with the building by finely simulated pipes. An elaborate ventilation system on the roof is used to ventilate the partially aged model.

Kit for the "Sulzdorf" Half-Timbered Freight Shed. This Württemberg standard design freight shed was all along the Hohenlohe Line in half-timbered construction. This freight shed stands and stood in different lengths at many train stations in Württemberg. The prototype is still standing Sulzdorf near Schwäbisch Hall. A shorter version still stands in Eckartshausen.

This kit consists of laser-cut, colored architectural hard cardstock. It has the finest laser-engraved details. Extensive instructions for building the kit are included.

The Walthers Cornerstone Water Street Freight Terminal is an ideal addition to trackside scenes from the early 1900s into the 1970s and beyond. Freight terminals were essential to railroads, handling less-than-carload lot (lcl) shipments. Loads arrived in boxcars or reefers and were transferred to trucks for local delivery. Each railroad serving a community had its own terminal, usually near the main passenger station or classification yard. In the modern era these structures have been repurposed into everything from trucking terminals to restaurants.

Performing everything from painting to complete rebuilds, the prototypes for the Walthers Cornerstone Allied Rail Rebuilders kit captures the realism of these large buildings in a size that works on most layouts. Flour mills have changed dramatically since the water-powered mills of the 1800s. The Walthers Cornerstone Red Wing Milling Co. captures the look and feel of contemporary mills in a size that fits most layouts. 1950s and later mills produce enormous quantities of flour and other milled grains. They once received grain in boxcars and have since moved to covered hoppers. Outbound flour and meal moves out in Airslide(R) and similar covered hoppers as well as in bulk hopper trucks.

 The N Scale Walthers Cornerstone Central Gas and Supply kit is a great trackside business for every 1960s and later layout. Propane distribution facilities are common throughout the country, receiving bulk shipments by rail and truck. The gas is easily converted into a liquid, which is then stored in insulated, cylindrical tanks. Commonly used for home and industrial heating, propane is also widely used as fuel for taxis, trucks and buses.
