This is a high-precision manufactured model, based on a solid zinc die-cast frame and equipped with proven PIKO standards. The proven PIKO motor provides excellent running characteristics with two large flywheel masses. Traction by all four axels and two traction tires, which are located on the inside running axles of both bogies in a diagonal arrangement to each other. The front and rear lamps are illuminated by LEDs whose red and white colors change with the direction of travel. The outwardly elegant appearance of this model includes an accurately reproduced technical "roofscape" and carefully detailed bogies with prototypical wheel disc profiles.

The station can be used in any era through the brickwork imitation and the 3-story central building with the two separate annexes. Even today many stations of this kind are in operation. The smaller buildings house a freight shed with gates for the arrival of forwarders. In the middle building is the station hall, the upper floors can be used as entrenchments. The partially aged railway station feels quite comfortable in a medium to small city.

The brick-built factory is equipped with many typical factory accessories. At the front of the building is a boiler, which can be reached by the workers through a filigreed scaffolding. On the backside there are 4 tanks for the storage of the lacquer supply and the old lacquers, which are connected directly with the building by finely simulated pipes. An elaborate ventilation system on the roof is used to ventilate the partially aged model.
