The new design of this important vehicle type not only fills a gap in Piko´s assortment, but will also enrich many model railroad layouts of eras III to V with numerous variants. The development team has implemented the striking styling of the prototype in outstanding quality in the model, while at the same time achieving ideal driving characteristics. These attributes are underscored by the effective use of perfect engravings and a paint scheme that is coherent down to the smallest detail. Contemporary LED technology serves as the basis for the light change in red/white as well as the light functions that can be switched by retrofitting a digital decoder. A PIKO SmartDecoder 4.1 with matching vehicle sound is installed ex works. The buffer beam of the car can be completed prototypically with the included add-on parts.
