This PIKO model is true to the prototype by the finest painting and printing, free-standing handle bars, a zinc die-cast frame and a powerful five-pole motor, which in combination with two balanced flywheel masses guarantees balanced running characteristics. Lighting is provided by LEDs. The cab lighting and the tail light can be switched digitally with a PluX22 decoder. The model has two traction tires that sit in a diagonal arrangement on the inner axles of the two bogies. The power is drawn from all of the wheels. The model is installed with DCC/sound on a PluX22 interface.
