The factory-installed PIKO SmartDecoder 4.1 Sound (Next18 interface) of the latest generation is a multiprotocol master of DCC with RailComPlus®, Motorola® and Selectrix®. The built-in loudspeaker is fitted to the locomotive type. Many typical locomotive sounds such as the engine, signal horns, brake squeal and several functions can be controlled individually. Function mapping is possible. The taillight can be operated separately. Sound is also possible in analog mode, but then only engine sound.
